Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Madbold, we are committed to delivering high-quality growth marketing services to our clients. This policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations and refunds for our services.

1. Service Engagements

Upon entering into a service agreement with Madbold, clients will receive a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, timelines, and payment terms. By approving the proposal, clients agree to the terms specified therein.

2. Cancellations

  • Before Project Commencement: Clients may cancel their service agreement without penalty within 7 days of signing the proposal, provided that work has not yet commenced. A full refund of any payments made will be issued.
  • After Project Commencement: If a client wishes to cancel the agreement after work has begun, they must provide written notice. The client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the cancellation date, and any remaining balance will be refunded.

3. Refunds

  • Completed Work: Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided for work that has been completed and delivered.
  • Unused Services: If a client has prepaid for services that have not yet been rendered, they may request a refund for the unused portion, subject to a 10% administrative fee.

4. Subscription Services

For clients enrolled in ongoing subscription-based services:

  • Cancellation: Clients may cancel their subscription at any time with a 30-day written notice. Services will continue through the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services within a billing cycle.

5. Dispute Resolution

If a client is dissatisfied with the services provided, we encourage them to contact us at support@madbold.io to discuss their concerns. We are committed to finding an amicable resolution.
